The deal
Shape the system before it sets.
Most software is built in a room and defended in the field. Vyan is being built the other way: ten operators, hand-recruited, whose mornings decide what ships. A design partner does not test the system. They shape it while it is still soft.
This page is the one closing-window play our covenant permits, and only because the scarcity is real. The founder runs every weekly call personally, and ten is the number one person can hear at full attention.

Weekly access
A standing call with the founder, every week of Act I. What you hit on Tuesday is on the board by Thursday. The roadmap bends to your reality, not the reverse.

Brutal honesty
Contractually encouraged. If a flow fails on a porch or between chairs, we want it said plainly. The doctrine is junior to your porch and your chair.
