Vyan Instruments · Leak Audit Client-side · 60 seconds · Free

Your leads aren't lost.
They're leaking.

Drop your lead export below. A CSV from SalesRabbit, SPOTIO, or any spreadsheet works. Anything with leads in rows. In 60 seconds you see what your follow-up is costing you.

Local only The audit runs in your browser. Nothing gets uploaded anywhere.

What is a lead leak?

A lead leak is a lead you paid for that no one ever called, or called once and dropped. You lose the money to follow-up gaps, not to competitors. So it is the cheapest money you can win back.

The audit needs one column to run. Three more make it sharper. We read your headers for you. You check the match before we do any math.

RequiredCreated date · when each lead came in
SharpensStatus / disposition · worked, won, dead
SharpensLast contact date · shows the stale ones
SharpensDeal value · your real average replaces our guess
02 Confirm columns Auto-detected · fix anything wrong

Vyan matched your headers for you. Only the created date is required. Leave the rest on “none” and the audit still runs.

The math assumes leads you never worked would have closed at your normal rate. Stale ones close at half that. If your file has deal values, the audit uses your real average, not the ticket guess.

Your CSV never leaves this page. Only your email does, so we can send the report. We read every one. A founder replies, not a sequence.

METHOD · Leak = (untouched leads × your close rate × avg ticket) + (stale leads × ½ close rate × avg ticket). We keep it conservative. We assume leads you never worked would have closed at your normal rate, and stale ones at half. We read status text for won/closed/sold (worked) and for not-interested/lost/DNC (truly dead, left out of the leak math). It all runs on this page.

What winning it back looks like.

Every leak in the report has a fix waiting for it. This audit is your before picture. The system makes sure there is no after.

R.1 Speed-to-lead enforcement A timer starts the moment a lead lands. One tap claims it. Miss the window and a manager hears about it. The never-touched column drops to zero.
R.2 Follow-ups drafted and ready Follow-ups write themselves before you open the app. Whoever claims the lead sends in seconds, not hours. The stale column starves.
R.3 Next-action enforcement No relationship sits idle. Each one carries a next step with a date. The pipeline nags itself until it has one.
